Onslaught 2

Onslaught 2

Play Onslaught 2 here, one of the best flash games ever made!

The bad guys are coming after your base!! They are doing their best to get into Area 51 (The name of your base) and you have to build towers to prevent the bad guys from getting there.
Every bad guy that you kill, you get an amount of money depending on what wave number you are on. When you get this money, you can use it to build new towers or upgrade your existing towers to gain additional powers and enhancements.

The Modifier Turrets

These turrets have no direct firepower themselvs. They only increase the abilities of other turrets to give them extra damage, speed, or range. You need to strategically place them to win.

The Plain Modifiers

This turret increases the damage of your turret by 40%. Place as many of these as you can honestly.

This increases your turret range by 100, this works if it helps your turret range to hit spots that it could not otherwise hit, such as the start of the wave. If you do not have your turret hitting the start of the wave then it will usually just sit there idle.

This increase the turret's speed of attack, this is good for unit that attack slow. This increases the rate of attack by 120%.

Gives you a 100% increase in damage instead of 25% like the first one. You get this modifier turrent later in the game after you have beaten so many waves.

Exchange Turrets

These turrets are kinda just like the modifier turrets in the fact that they give you a bonus to speed, damage, and range. Except these will increase one statistic and decrease another. You can find useses for these, a good example is when you do not need any range but you need more damage because the turret is already in the range of everything that is going to hit.

This turret gives you a 100% boost to damage, but it takes away 30% of the range and 30% of the rate of fire.

A 100 boost to it's range, but at the same time it takes away 25% of the rate of fire.

Fire rate increased by 60% at the cost of 40% off the damage and 10% off the range.

How to use Combos

Combos are the greatest thing in this game, they take a lot of time to build up but they are very worth it. Infact you will not be able to get very far into the game w/o them.

  1. All turrets in the group must be next to eachother, at least less than one turrets-width apart
  2. All turrets in the combo range must have the damage upgraded to the maximum level, I recomend you leave the range and speed at their normal levels.

whichever turret fires first will control what kind of combo goes off
